We reserve the right to:

• Limit the quantity of products available for purchase

• Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, with a full refund issued where payment has been taken

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices on Lumino Zone are displayed in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Lumino Zone reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.

Placing an order on Lumino Zone constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is only formed when we send you an order confirmation email confirming that your order has been accepted and dispatched.

We reserve the right to decline any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or errors in pricing or product information.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at the time of ordering (name, delivery address, email, payment details) is accurate and complete. Lumino Zone cannot be held liable for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Lumino Zone ships to European Union countries and selected international destinations. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only — they are not guaranteed delivery dates.

As a dropshipping business, orders are fulfilled and dispatched by our suppliers. Typical delivery times within the EU are 3 to 14 business days depending on the supplier and destination country.

Lumino Zone is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Once an order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided where available.

Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order.
